Victor Rodriguez Jr serves as the Community Partnerships Director for the 99th Air Base Wing Complex, Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., which includes Creech Air Force Base and the 2.9 million-acre Nevada Test and Training Range. He is responsible for the oversight and protection of the Nellis AFB Complex from encroachment while partnering with State, County and municipal entities. He communicates regularly with Headquarters Air Force and elected officials and staff on development plans and finding compatible development opportunities. Mr. Rodriguez is the Nellis AFB Complex representative for the Nevada Joint Military Affairs Committee, the Tule Springs Fossil Bed National Monument, Western Regional Partnerships, as well as Nevada Department of Transportation, Southern Nevada Regional Transportation Commission, Clark County and North Las Vegas. As the Community Partnerships Director, he briefs and represents not only the 99 Air Base Wing but also the United States Air Force Warfare Center, 53d Wing, 57th Wing, 432d Wing, 505th Command & Control Wing, 926th Wing, 363d Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing, the NTTR, and the 52 tenant units across the Installation Complex. He also manages strategic planning efforts for the Installation Complex with the arrival of the F-35 to Nellis AFB and Red Flags.
